Bentley Mulsanne Key Celebrates Its Centenary

Aesthetics

Bentley is a brand who takes its aesthetics seriously. The Continental GT is the most sophisticated open-top Bentley ever designed. The rear tonneau on the Continental GT, for instance, featured the largest piece of dark-stained Burr Walnut veneer that was book-matched. Similarly, the electrically-operated glass sunroof and champagne cooler that incorporated hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal bottles marked a new benchmark in luxury and innovation.

Personalisation

Bentley's Mulliner division lets customers design their own vehicle. The customers sit at a set of images, referred to "mood stations" and choose a selection of photos - from scenic views to sporting events that are inspiring to them. Each time a selection is made the pattern that emerges shows the model preference for color, style and design for the personalized Bentley.
